Clear Shine has been cleaning windows and gutters across the Spokane–Coeur d'Alene corridor for years, and the question we kept hearing on job sites was the same one: "Can you take this stuff too?" Now we can. Junk removal is our newest service, run by the same family-owned crew, held to the same standard, and backed by the same license and insurance.
Garage full of things you have been stepping around for three years. A tenant who left more behind than they took. A remodel that generated more debris than you expected. An old couch that will not fit in your truck no matter how you angle it. We show up with a 14-yard dump trailer, do the lifting, and leave the space swept.
You never need to drag anything to the curb before we arrive. Point at what goes, and we handle the rest — including the part where someone has to figure out where it all ends up.
What We Haul
Garages, basements, attics, sheds, and spare rooms that have quietly become storage. We clear out furniture, boxes, old décor, broken equipment, and the accumulated clutter of years — and we do the carrying, including down stairs and out of tight spaces.
Couches, mattresses, box springs, desks, dressers, washers, dryers, and exercise equipment nobody has touched since January. Single items are welcome — you do not need a full load to book us. Some appliances have special disposal requirements, so mention what you have when you call.
Branches, limbs, brush piles, and the mess left behind after an Inland Northwest windstorm. If a tree came down or a landscaping project generated more waste than your bin can hold, we will haul it away in one trip instead of six.
Turnovers, move-outs, and properties that need to be emptied before the next chapter. We work with homeowners, landlords, and property managers to clear a space completely and on a schedule that works around your listing or lease date.
Old cabinets, torn-out carpet, scrap lumber, drywall, and fixtures from a DIY project or a contractor who did not include haul-away. We clear the pile so you can get back to using the room.

How Pricing Works
Junk removal is priced by volume — how much room your items take up in the trailer — not by weight or by the hour. Our dump trailer holds 14 cubic yards, and the four sizes below are how we talk about a load.
We look at everything before we load anything, then give you a firm quote on the spot. If the number works, we get started. If it does not, we shake hands and there is no charge for the estimate. No hourly meter, no surprise fees added after the fact.
About 3.5 cubic yards — roughly a small pickup bed filled level. A few pieces of furniture, a modest garage corner, or a single-room clear-out.
About 7 cubic yards — the most common size we run. A full garage bay, a bedroom and a half of furniture, or a mid-size remodel pile.
About 10.5 cubic yards — a large garage, a basement cleanout, or a substantial storm debris pile.
The full 14 cubic yards — whole-property cleanouts, estate clear-outs, and rental turnovers where nearly everything goes.
We are not licensed for hazardous waste, and we would rather tell you now than on your driveway. We cannot haul paint, solvents, chemicals, motor oil, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos, batteries, medical waste, or ammunition.
Kootenai and Spokane counties both run household hazardous waste drop-off programs that take most of these free of charge, and we are happy to point you toward the right one.
Some items — refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, tires, and electronics among them — are haulable but carry special disposal requirements and fees. Our dump trailer holds 14 cubic yards. A quarter load is roughly 3.5 cubic yards — about a small pickup bed. A half load is about 7 cubic yards, three-quarters is about 10.5, and a full load fills all 14. Most single-room cleanouts land between a quarter and a half load.

Yes. Single-item pickups are welcome — a couch, a mattress, an old appliance, a hot tub cover. You do not need a full trailer's worth to book us. Small loads are priced accordingly.

We do. Point at what needs to go and we handle the lifting, carrying, and loading. You do not need to drag anything to the curb ahead of time, though it does speed the job up if items are already gathered in one spot.
