1. Services
Clear Shine Services, LLC ("Clear Shine," "we," "us," or "our") provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and Christmas light installation services in the Spokane, Washington and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho metropolitan areas.
2. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from what was described or if additional work is requested. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3. Seven (7) Day Rain Guarantee
Our 7-Day Rain Guarantee applies exclusively to exterior window cleaning services. If rain or inclement weather visibly affects the cleanliness of your exterior windows within seven (7) calendar days of the service date, we will return to perform a complimentary touch-up of the affected windows at no additional charge.
This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The touch-up must be requested within the 7-day window by contacting us via phone or through our Client Hub.
- The guarantee covers weather-related spotting only and does not cover damage from sprinklers, construction, landscaping, or other non-weather causes.
- The guarantee applies to residential properties only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clear Shine reserves the right to assess the windows before performing a touch-up.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to accommodate your scheduling preferences. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments through our Client Hub portal.
6. Liability and Insurance
Clear Shine Services, LLC is fully licensed and insured in both Washington and Idaho. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. While we take every precaution to protect your property, please notify us of any pre-existing damage or fragile items before service begins.
7. Property Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring that Clear Shine has safe and adequate access to all areas requiring service. This includes clearing obstacles, securing pets, and providing access to locked gates or areas. We reserve the right to decline service in areas we deem unsafe.
8. Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address your concerns promptly.
